This week at King’s College India has been very busy preparing for exam week which begins next week on the 27th of February. The students have been discussing the benefits of timely planning for exams and have been requested by all of their teachers to address any queries they may have about the content of the exams so they are well prepared.
We have the great privilege of welcoming Mr. Kim Parsley who is visiting usas an education consultant for the remainder of the term. Mr. Kim has been a Science teacher in the UK for the past 33 years and he is also currently working as an International Schools Inspectorate (ISI) Inspector. Mr. Kim is here to assist in the design and set up of our three new IGCSE Science labs. He will also be helping the school develop a strategy to ensure we meet ISI expectations in our upcoming inspection.
In other news, our new playground equipment has arrived for the junior students and will be set up very soon. We have celebrated our stars of the week which is a whole school rewards assembly for outstanding work and behavior. We have had girls and boys flexi-boarding this week which is proving to be a huge success.
Family Fun Day’s will be happening on Friday the 24th for existing parents to come to school and join in clubs with the students and on Sunday where all are welcome to join in games with our staff.
I hope to see you there.
